These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in InfoStar services (“Service”) operated by InfoStar Productions, LLC (“InfoStar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Service provides marketing tools and support designed to help clients improve online visibility. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Website services
  • Google Business Profile support
  • Online directory submissions
  • Content updates and marketing assistance

We do not guarantee occupancy levels, resident placement, or financial outcomes.

<
2. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including local market conditions, licensing status, pricing, reputation, and availability.

InfoStar does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of inquiries or leads
  • Revenue outcomes
  • Business growth
3. Payment Terms

Some services require an initial multi-month marketing commitment (“Visibility Push”), followed by ongoing monthly services.

By submitting payment, you authorize InfoStar to:

  • Charge the agreed-upon amounts
  • Continue monthly billing if applicable

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

4. Subscription & Ongoing Services

After completion of any initial marketing phase, ongoing services may continue on a monthly basis unless canceled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Services already rendered are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of marketing services and labor involved, payments are generally non-refundable once services have begun.

Exceptions may be considered at InfoStar’s discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain required state licensing
  • Comply with all applicable care regulations
  • Respond in a timely manner when approvals or information are requested

Delays in providing information may delay service delivery.

7. Website & Content Ownership

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Website content produced as part of the Service remains the property of InfoStar while the service is active.
  • Upon cancellation, hosting and system-generated content may be removed unless otherwise arranged.

Custom websites DO NOT have separate ownership terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfoStar shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business
  • Lost profits
  • Licensing issues
  • Regulatory actions
  • New lead outcomes

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Stripe, directory services).

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by these providers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

  • Payment is not received
  • Terms are violated
  • Misuse of services occurs
11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
