Looking Forward Photo Booths

With a wedding convention approaching, Kareem needed a professional website that could show people what each photo booth experience was like before they booked it.

InfoStar designed the site, connected his existing booking system, and created a QR-code convention flyer. Development took one week, and the website moved from mockup to posted live in about two weeks.

Starting point

A convention date turned a stalled website into an immediate priority.

Kareem had already commissioned a website elsewhere, but the project had not produced the professional site he needed.

That became urgent as a wedding convention approached. Business cards and flyers could introduce the company, but prospective customers still needed a place to see the booths in action, understand the differences, and decide what fit their event.

InfoStar began with the design direction so Kareem could see how his brand and booth experiences would be presented before the full build moved forward. The first mockup captured what he was looking for and became the basis for the site.

Booth experiences

Each booth gets enough room to show what guests experience.

InfoStar used the available product press kits, real photos, video, and examples so visitors could evaluate more than a product name.

01

Glambot

The robotic camera arm needed motion, footage examples, and real event imagery to communicate the cinematic result.

02

Tortilla 360

The page presents the high-energy 360 video experience and the kind of shareable event content it produces.

03

Salsa 2

The classic photo booth option has its own explanation, visuals, and path into booking instead of being reduced to a list item.

Glambot in use

A moving experience needs more than a still product description.

The website combines the practical benefits with real imagery, video, and examples of the footage the Glambot can create. Visitors can understand both the setup and the finished result before they choose it for an event.

Existing booking system

The website explains the options, then hands the booking off directly.

Kareem already had an online booking system. InfoStar kept that working tool and connected it to the new website instead of creating another place for him to manage dates and times.

  1. See each booth.

Visitors can compare the benefits, real photos, video, and examples for each experience.

  2. Choose the right fit.

Separate pages help someone decide which booth belongs at their wedding, party, or corporate event.

  3. Book through the existing system.

The integrated booking path lets visitors select event dates and times, with bookings sent directly to Kareem.

Project timeline

One week to develop. About two weeks from mockup to live.

The proposed direction went to Kareem quickly so it could be reviewed before development. The website development itself took one week; the full period from mockup to posted live was about two weeks.

Wednesday

Kareem contacted InfoStar.

He explained the stalled project and the upcoming event deadline.

Thursday

Mike and Kareem met.

The conversation established the brand direction, booth content, and immediate priorities.

Monday

The first website mockup was ready.

The first direction matched what Kareem wanted, so development could proceed without a redesign cycle.

One week

The website was developed.

Development covered the complete site, content for each booth, and the existing booking-system connection.

Client review

A difficult start elsewhere became a working website and an ongoing relationship.

Kareem found InfoStar locally and needed clear communication as much as he needed a fast build.

The first design gave him something complete enough to evaluate, and the approved direction moved into development without delay. After the website launched, he returned to InfoStar for the winery-focused Glambot flyer.

The website now sends bookings through Kareem’s existing system, and the website, convention flyer, and later winery piece present the same business consistently across screens and print.

Google review
“I have to say a big thank you to InfoStar. I paid someone to do my website earlier this year and they didn’t deliver. I reached out to Mike on a Wednesday, we met on Thursday and Monday he had a mock-up of my website done. He felt bad about what I had gone through with my previous vendor not delivering and made it his personal mission to get me up and running. A week later I have a fully functioning website and Google business page. If you need a website or marketing InfoStar is the company to use.”

About 2 weeks from the website mockup to the posted-live site

Launch timeline

The business had a complete place to show, explain, and book its booth experiences.

The website development took one week. The full period from the mockup through approval, development, content, the booking connection, and posting the site live was about two weeks.

Kareem’s Google review also records the launch of the website and Google Business Profile. Bookings now go directly to him, and the later winery flyer extended the same presentation to another event audience.
