A periodontal specialty practice whose work with InfoStar began in 2017.
Our Work · Case studies
These are not fixed service packages. Each project combines the website, marketing, and systems the client needs, then shows how those pieces support patients, prospects, customers, members, or staff.
A periodontal specialty practice whose work with InfoStar began in 2017.
Project summary
The first website launched about 30 days after the mockup, with separate paths for patients and referring doctors. Secure digital referrals collect details and supporting files in one place. Later work connected Dentrix to reason-specific follow-up and added a custom system for study club events, registration, payments, and attendance. As the practice expanded, InfoStar also supported additional locations, profile updates, and regular reporting.
A modern practice website supported by secure forms, ongoing content, SEO, and AI search optimization.
Project summary
InfoStar has worked with Central Valley Periodontics & Implants since 2017. The project includes a custom website, secure patient forms in English and Spanish, a separate referring-office referral form, and ongoing integration of articles and video. SEO, AI search optimization, monthly analytics reporting, and continuing design revisions support the same long-term program.
A general dental practice whose relationship with InfoStar now spans more than two decades.
Project summary
The current website brings appointment booking, patient forms, services, specials, provider profiles, insurance and payment information, and the practice’s dental membership plan into one patient-facing site.
The relationship has included website production and upgrades, internet visibility, and search and social media advertising.
Residential and commercial shade: pergolas, slide-wire canopies, awnings, and shade sails. In business since 1888.
Project summary
The custom website launched about 45 days after the first mockup and includes product galleries the sales team can use at home shows and expos. Meta campaigns qualify leads before a sales rotation distributes them evenly; the system supports personalized acknowledgments, text alerts, appointment syncing, follow-up, referrals, reviews, and reporting.
Residential and commercial electrical service established in 1997, serving Sacramento, Placer, and Yuba counties.
Project summary
The site organizes troubleshooting and repairs, panels and service upgrades, lighting, fans and fixtures, outlets and switches, dedicated circuits, remodel wiring, and commercial service calls. Phone, email, and estimate-request paths remain available throughout.
A mobile-friendly national directory designed to help people find nearby courses without paid placements taking over the results.
Project summary
InfoStar built the public search experience, a database of more than 15,000 public, private, and resort courses, add-a-course and update-a-course submissions, sponsored listing options, payments, and the administrative system used to review and maintain the directory. The complete front-end and back-end build took about 60 days.
A connected website for member accounts, events, payments, sponsors, directory discovery, and community information, launched less than two months after the first meeting.
Project summary
InfoStar replaced an outdated website, printed event spreadsheets, and manual event email with a connected public website. It integrates the Chamber’s existing software for accounts, events, notifications, registration, and payments; uses available APIs and XML exports for functions beyond the standard software; and presents sponsors, member businesses, benefits, and local happenings. The Chamber reports that paying membership and sponsorships have grown since launch, and InfoStar continues to add pages, features, and reporting.
A dated, mostly static website and several event spreadsheets became one public website and custom staff system for local families, programs, communication, and reporting.
Project summary
Families can register online while staff create events, set attendance limits and options, notify members, message selected groups, and prepare participation data for reporting. RCPD PAL reports that the system eliminated the need to manage its work across several spreadsheets and has saved countless hours.
A professional event-services website developed in one week and posted live about two weeks after the mockup, with booth videos, examples, an existing booking connection, and coordinated convention materials.
Project summary
Website development took one week, and the project moved from mockup to posted live in about two weeks. Each booth has its own photos, video, examples, and benefits; the site connects to Kareem’s existing booking system; and the launch included a Google Business Profile. A QR-code flyer gave convention visitors a direct path back to the website, and InfoStar later created a winery-focused Glambot flyer.
A custom practice website with detailed procedure information, consultation paths, local and organic SEO, AI search optimization, and ongoing reporting.
Project summary
InfoStar replaced an outdated site with unfinished pages and limited procedure information. A reusable content structure now covers patient questions about procedure goals, cost considerations, risks, preparation, recovery, and scarring, with consultation requests available throughout. The initial website took about two months from first mockup to launch. The practice reports that organic patient response outpaced its previous paid search campaign within one month, and InfoStar continues to add procedures, improve visibility, and report on visits, popular pages, and consultation submissions.
