These terms govern your use of this website, infostarproductions.com. They explain what you may do with the site, what we promise about it, and how disagreements are handled.

1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between InfoStar Productions LLC, a California limited liability company headquartered in Sacramento County, and you, the person using this website. By using this site or submitting a form on it, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. This site lets you read about our work, watch videos, and contact us through a form. There are no accounts, purchases, or downloads.
2. Using this website
The content of this site, including its text, design, code and images, belongs to InfoStar Productions LLC or is used under license. Client names, marks, and websites shown in our work belong to those businesses and are shown with their permission; the work itself is ours. You may view the site and share links to it freely. Please do not copy this site’s content or code for your own commercial use, scrape or bulk-collect its content, use it to train an automated system, or use the site in a way that interferes with it or with other people’s use of it.
3. Case studies and client work
The case studies, figures, and testimonials on this site describe results for specific clients in their specific markets. They are not a promise of what any other business will achieve. Results depend on the market, the offer, the budget, and factors no agency controls.
4. Text messaging
Texting is a way to talk with us, not a marketing channel. If you text our number, or choose text as a preferred contact method on a form, you consent to receive text replies from InfoStar Productions LLC about your request. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers. By choosing text, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
5. What we promise about the site
This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Information on this site is general, may change, and is not legal, financial, or professional advice for your situation. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, InfoStar’s total liability to you for any claim connected with your use of this website is limited to one hundred dollars, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Disputes
We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. Before starting any formal proceeding, contact us and give us thirty days to try to resolve it.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and InfoStar agree to resolve it by binding individual arbitration, not in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules in effect at the time. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Arbitration will take place in Sacramento County, California, or by video, and the arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could.
Disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or member of a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If a court finds this waiver unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be heard in the courts of Sacramento County, California, and not in arbitration. Nothing here waives a right to public injunctive relief that California law does not allow to be waived.
You can opt out. Within thirty days of first accepting these terms, tell us in writing through the contact form that you decline arbitration, with your name, and this section will not apply to you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any matter that is not arbitrated will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
9. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it later. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about your use of this website.
10. Changes
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top of this page. Changes apply going forward, not backwards.
