Chamber of commerce

Citrus Heights Chamber event and membership system.

The Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce needed to replace an outdated website, printed event spreadsheets, and manual email with a connected experience for members, sponsors, and local businesses.

The website works with the Chamber’s existing software for accounts, events, notifications, registration, and payments. InfoStar also used available APIs and XML exports to present sponsors, a member directory, benefits, local happenings, and other functions beyond the software’s standard presentation. The site launched less than two months after the first meeting, and the Chamber reports that paying membership and sponsorships have grown since launch.

Community nonprofit

RCPD PAL website, registration, and event administration.

We replaced a dated, mostly static website and several event spreadsheets with a public registration experience and staff system built around PAL’s local eligibility, program, communication, and reporting needs. RCPD PAL reports that the system eliminated several spreadsheets and has saved countless hours.

What we build

Website and system capabilities for community organizations.

  • Registration and payments, online.

Members and attendees can register and pay in one workflow. When required, the form can evaluate approved eligibility rules.

  • A searchable member or business directory.

Profiles give members a useful public presence and visitors a clear way to find them.

  • Clear member and sponsor value.

Perks, sponsor visibility, directory placement, and event access are presented where a prospective member can evaluate them.

  • Segmented participant messaging.

Authorized staff can message approved recipient groups, such as registrants for a selected event.

A standard business website is typically $3,500 to $6,500 and typically takes 3 to 5 weeks from the first design review through final approval. Custom systems are quoted according to the registration rules, payment processing, membership data, administrative tools, integrations, reporting, and migration required. The proposal identifies the first phase, price, and timeline.
