Goodwin-Cole’s lead assignment system.
For Goodwin-Cole, we built a system that qualifies, assigns, and tracks advertising leads. A sales rotation distributes qualified inquiries evenly, and each salesperson has a dedicated lead sheet for status notes.
Personalized acknowledgments and text notifications support the first response. Scheduled appointments can sync with Goodwin-Cole’s internal systems, and automatic follow-up supports prospects who are not ready to decide.

For teamPerio, they arranged the required Dentrix developer access, allowing InfoStar to connect the Dentrix API with their internal marketing and patient follow-up system using teamPerio’s specification for a proprietary workflow. Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce
We connected the public website to the Chamber’s existing software for member accounts, events, notifications, registration, and payments. Available APIs and XML exports also support sponsor displays, a business directory, local happenings, and functions beyond the software’s standard presentation. USGolfCourseGuide.com
We built the mobile-friendly public directory, a database of more than 15,000 courses, GPS search, public course corrections, sponsored listings and payments, and the administrative tools used to verify and approve changes.
