teamPerio: follow-up triggered by practice data.
InfoStar’s work with teamPerio, a periodontal practice, began in 2017. teamPerio arranged the Dentrix developer license needed for InfoStar to connect Dentrix to their internal marketing and patient follow-up email system using a proprietary workflow.
The work involved learning the available APIs and building a data-driven follow-up marketing system that supported the practice team.

The website uses available APIs and XML exports to work with the Chamber’s existing software. Member accounts, events, notifications, registration, and payments remain connected while the public site adds sponsor presentation, a business directory, local happenings, and other custom content. InfoStar Productions LLC assembled the national course directory from current databases, then used outside sources and APIs to check additional information. Visitors and course operators can submit new courses or corrections, and InfoStar Productions LLC verifies and approves those requests through the administrative system.
